Child Safety Standards for Sync (同频)
Sync (同频) has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to all content and conduct on the service.
Prohibited content and conduct
Users may not create, upload, request, store, share, or promote CSAM; sexually exploit or sexualize a child; groom, recruit, coerce, or contact a child for a sexual purpose; or facilitate or encourage these acts. Attempts to evade enforcement are also prohibited.
How to report a concern
Use the in-app report feature on the relevant chat message or user profile. Select “违法违规” and, in the optional details, write “Child Safety / CSAE” and identify where the concerning content appears. You can also contact our child-safety point of contact at 2468787071@qq.com.
Do not download, copy, attach, or forward suspected CSAM. Include only the information needed to locate the concern.
Review and enforcement
We will review child-safety reports and take appropriate action when a violation is confirmed. This may include removing content, restricting or disabling accounts, and taking steps to prevent repeat violations.
Reporting to authorities
We will report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional child-protection authority when required by applicable law, and cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.
